Third, the bidder qualification requirements

This project adopts the qualification review method for the qualification examination of bidders. The main qualification examination standards are as follows (see the bidding documents for details and requirements):

1) Qualified for the second and above qualifications of the building decoration and decoration engineering contract issued by the construction administrative department (providing the original or copy of the new construction enterprise qualification certificate (printed with QR code) and stamping the official seal of the bidding unit)

15) Legal persons, other organizations or individuals who have a stake in the bidder and may affect the fairness of the bidding shall not participate in the bidding.

16) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit with controlling or management relationship, and may not participate in the bidding for the same bidding project at the same time.
