According to the development requirements of Hubei Qingjiang Gallery Tourism Development Co., Ltd., the office computer procurement is now inquired, and domestic qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the quotation of this project. Related matters are as follows:

I. Content of the bidding project: office computer procurement (assembly).

Second, the bidding project budget: single computer host within 3200 yuan; set machine within 4000 yuan, of which the display size range is 19-21 inches. (including tax)

Third, the number of bidding projects: 16 single computer host, 4 sets of kits.

Fourth, the tender method: inquiry.

V. Qualified quotation supplier

(1) having the ability to independently assume civil liability;

(2) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;

(3) A good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;

(4) There is no bad credit record in the past three years, and there is no major illegal record in business activities.

Sixth, the selection method of the supplier

In combination with the office computer configuration and budget price proposed by the quotation unit, we will select and notify the supplier unit through our organization's review.

7. Deadline for submitting the list of offers

All project details and budget price (attached) will be included before 4:30 pm on January 14, 2019, and will be delivered to the quotation unit seal or sent to the comprehensive office of Hubei Qingjiang Gallery Tourism Development Co., Ltd. in the form of a scanned copy. Eight, other instructions

(1) If the inquirer makes adjustments to the above-mentioned time according to the actual conditions of the project, it shall notify the potential potential bidding unit 24 hours in advance.

(2) The quotation unit that signs the contract shall provide a special VAT invoice after delivery.

(3) Before the acceptance of the equipment, we must install the genuine operating system, office software and other professional software (such as financial and engineering professional software) provided by our company in accordance with the requirements of our company. The cost is not separately priced.

(4) Warranty: The whole machine (excluding mouse and keyboard) for 1 year; CPU, hard disk, memory, main board and display for 3 years; 3 years on-site service.
