Qingjiang Gallery holds the second session of the 2nd General Meeting

　　On February 6, Qingjiang Gallery held the second session of the 2nd General Meeting, which was attended by the management, employee representatives and nonvoting delegates, totaling 45 persons. The meeting was presided over by Xiong Hu, the Secretary of the Party Committee and the chairman of the board.

　　The meeting kicked off with the solemn national anthem. Chen Weidong, the secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of the company, reported on the work of the company in 2017 at the meeting. The report comprehensively and objectively reviewed the main accomplishments of the company in 2017 and stated that we should continuously implement five development concepts of “innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing”, and fully execute the strategic goal of “fully enlarging the 5A effect and creating a state-level touristic resort” developed by HBCT, Changyang County Committee and Changyang government.

　　Yang Xuedan, the vice chairman of labor union, reported on the work of 2017 on behalf of the labor union committee; Li Hong, the manager of the Financial Center, reported on the expenditures and incomes of the labor union in 2017; Li Dongzhou, the executive vice general manager, reported on the execution of proposals raised in the first session of the 2nd General Meeting, and summarized on the collection of public opinions regarding the Interim Rules on Management of Leaves and Attendance of Employees (Draft) and the Administrative Methods on Reemployment of Retired Personnel (Draft).

　　At the meeting, the Annual Work Report of Qingjiang Gallery of 2017, the Labor Union Work Report of Qingjiang Gallery of 2017, the Interim Rules on Management of Leaves and Attendance of Employees (Draft) and the Administrative Methods on Reemployment of Retired Personnel (Draft) were deliberated and passed.

　　It was further required at the meeting that the labor union of the company should further intensify the self-construction to play a better role of participation and supervision; further perform their duties, provide active service, keep in mind the purpose of creating benefits for employees, and deliver warm to all employees. Meanwhile, the labor union should unite all employees and lead them to advance practically, creatively, aggressively and enterprisingly, thus making a greater contribution to the development of the company. All employees and cadres must uphold a new concept of development to open a new chapter for transformation, upgrade, new business and fast development. With hands joined together, they should strive to grow the company bigger and stronger, and build Qingjiang Gallery into a first-class new destination in China.
