Qingjiang Gallery Company Launches 2019 Ship Driving and Sailor Skills Competition

On January 6th, the 2019 Ship Driving and Sailor Skills Competition hosted by the Qingjiang Gallery Company's Trade Union was held at No. 1 Qingjiang Gallery, Geheyan Tourist Terminal. Nearly 30 players from the Yilong Company and Qingjiang Gallery Company's cruise department participated in the competition. Leaders of the Changyang County Maritime Safety Administration and some members of the company watched the competition.
The competition included six items: rolling rope, rope knot, rope plugging, steamed pile, soft steel cable jacking and ship docking dock. After fierce competition, Luo Chaoming, Qin Dongyang (Yilong Company) and Zhou Chuanchao respectively won one or two individual all-around awards. Yilong won the “Excellent Group Award” and the contest also selected six individual individual awards.
This competition is one of the contents of the company's "big tree, unity, focus on people, and promote development" big learning and discussion. It aims to comprehensively improve the crew's job skills and further enhance the crew's safety awareness and standard operation ability.
