  Located in Tujia Autonomous Prefecture, Changyang, Yichang City, Hubei Province and with a registered capital of RMB 50 million, Hubei Qingjiang Gallery Tourism Development Co. Ltd. is a fully state-owned enterprise jointly invested by Hubei Culture & Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Changyang Huifenghe Investment Co., Ltd.
  After twenty years from establishment, Qingjiang Gallery now receives more than 1.2 million tourists each year. It is a national 5A scenic spot, a state-level forest park, a national hydraulic scenic spot, one of the first intelligent touristic destinations in China, a national demonstrative unit of general aviation and tourism, a provincial-level resort area and provincial-level tourist attraction, one of the four class A tourist attractions listed by Hubei Tourism Commission, one of the ten core tourist destinations in west Hubei, honored the title of “Top Ten Municipal Excellent Tourist Attraction”, “Consumer-satisfied Unit of the Province” and other titles for six consecutive years, and is a demonstrative scenic area for standardized service. During the National Day holiday of 2016, it was rated as “China’s Best Tourist Attraction in Comprehensive Order”, and the Tour Guide Center was honored the title “National Worker Vanguard” in 2018.
  To further meet the needs of the company in development and enlarge the professional team, Qingjiang Gallery now recruits from the society. Requirements are as follows:
  I. Positions
  (I) Marketing staff
  Operation of new media (1 person)
  Duty:
  1. Responsible for the routine operation and promotion on official Wechat, website and other platforms;
  2. Collect and study hot topics on the Internet, and update the contents on Wechat and Weibo on a real-time basis by combining with the features of new media;
  3. Analyze the contents, structures and hot topics of the Wechat accounts of peers, investigate the preference of target users, and pinpoint client needs and preference accordingly to increase the number of fans and views.
  Requirements:
  1. Staunch political stance, enterprising, free from any misbehavior or crime record;
  2. Junior college or higher degree, preferably in marketing, market, e-commerce or media communication;
  3. Sensitive to news and hot topics and versed in copywriting;
  4. Know basic skill of photo editing and video editing, skillful in using advertorial editors such as Xiumi, XMY Editor, with experience in We Media and able to edit articles on various We Media platforms.
  Marketing specialist for operation of new media (1 person)
  Duty:
  1. Responsible for selling and promoting products of the company;
  2. Complete departmental sales targets according to the marketing plan;
  3. Expand new markets, develop new clients and broaden the sales range.
  Requirements:
  1. Staunch political stance, enterprising, free from any misbehavior or crime record;
  2. Junior college or higher degree, preferably in marketing and administration-related major, with certain writing proficiency;
  3. Intellectually active, progressing and fond of challenge;
  4. Honest, upright, outgoing, responsible and good at communicating with people;
  5. Certain organization and coordination ability and resistant to work pressure;
  6. Can express and communicate in fluent Chinese, interested in market expansion, and accommodated to frequent business travel.
  (II) Financial staff
  Financial director (1 person)
  Duty:
  1. Responsible for the accounting affairs of the company;
  2. Responsible for financial affairs related to investment and financing of the company;
  3. Responsible for calculation and payment of taxation of the company.
  Requirements:
  1. Staunch political stance, enterprising, free from any misbehavior or crime record;
  2. Junior college or higher degree with a title of junior accountant or higher (intermediate accountant is preferable);
  3. Familiar with finance-related laws, regulations, rules and policies of the state;
  4. Strong ability in organization and coordination, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and dedication;
  5. More than 5 years of experience in finance and accounting in enterprises.
  Accountant (2 persons)
  Duty:
  1. Responsible for the accounting affairs of the company;
  2. Responsible for financial affairs related to investment and financing of the company;
  3. Responsible for calculation and payment of taxation of the company.
  Requirements:
  1. Staunch political stance, enterprising, free from any misbehavior or crime record;
  2. Junior college or higher degree with a title of junior accountant or higher;
  3. Familiar with finance-related laws, regulations, rules and policies of the state;
  4. A strong sense of responsibility and dedication;
  5. More than 3 years of experience in finance in enterprises.
  (III) Sailor apprentice, deck officer, marine engineer (Liner Department)
  Number of people: 16 (6 persons in the Sailing Department, 4 persons in the Marine Engine Department and 6 sailors)
  Requirements:
  1. Staunch political stance, enterprising, free from any misbehavior or crime record;
  2. Senior high school, technical secondary school or higher degree, those with marine experience or certificates are preferred;
  3. Aged below 40, or 45 for those who hold a certificate of competence of deck officer or marine engineer;
  4. Physically healthy and meet the requirement on physical examinations for crew members of vessels in inland waters;
  5. Requirements on personal ability and quality: with certain communication ability, a strong sense of team work and responsibility.
  (IV) Explainer (Tour Guide Center)
  Number of people: 4
  Requirements:
  1. Staunch political stance, enterprising, free from any misbehavior or crime record;
  2. Senior high school, technical secondary school or higher degree;
  3. No gender limitation, aged below 30, with fluent Mandarin speaking, outgoing trait, appealing temperament and a height of about 160CM;
  4. Love the tour guide career, can endure hardship and have a strong sense of responsibility, team work and service;
  5. Those skilled in dancing and singing or other talents are preferred.
  (V) Shop assistant (Commodity Development Department)
  Number of people: 4
  Requirements:
  1. Staunch political stance, enterprising, free from any misbehavior or crime record;
  2. Senior high school, technical secondary school or higher degree;
  3. Aged below 35, ladies are preferred;
  4. Those with relevant working experience are preferred;
  5. Speak Mandarin fluently, with great affinity and appealing temperament;
  6. Can endure hardship and adapted to work overtime on a vessel.
  (VI) Dancer (Performance Center)
  Number of people: 2
  Requirements:
  1. Staunch political stance, enterprising, free from any misbehavior or crime record;
  2. Senior high school, technical secondary school or higher degree;
  3. Male, aged below 30, with a height of about 170cm;
  4. Those graduated from art school or have similar working experience is preferred;
  5. Good looking, elegant and slim;
  6. Have a strong sense of team work, proactive, obedient and hard-working;
  7. Limitation on age may be relaxed for preeminent candidates.

  III. Wage
  (I) Our wage system is well-developed and the wage and salary of our employees is above the average in the region;
  (II) The wage structure of a formal employee after the probation period is: basic pay + seniority pay + performance pay + holiday and overtime subsidy + annual bonus (if the operation goal is achieved) + social insurances and housing fund + lunch + shuttle bus; the wage during the probation period is 80% of the basic pay;
  (III) Those holding a bachelor’s degree and a medium-grade professional title (qualification) may enjoy allowances.
  IV. Others
  After a candidate receives the notice of interview, he/she shall report to the Party Work Department of our company before the given time for written test and interview, while bringing his/her academic certificate, ID card and relevant qualification certificates (one original and one copy).
  After a candidate receives the notice of probation, he/she shall a physical examination report issued by a hospital above county level (People’s Hospital of the county), and report to the company within seven days, otherwise it will be automatically deemed as a waiver.
